Detroit Sustainability Center
A new documentary in progress spotlights collaborative design and vision in the rise of the Detroit Sustainability Center. Architects with InForm Studio and their client, Detroiters Working For Environmental Justice will transform a long vacant former car dealership into what all hope to be a new destination point that will transform a community. The Detroit Sustainability Center serve as the nerve center for the new green economy for the city of Detroit, helping train workers in new jobs, residents in energy efficiency while working with policymakers to improve the quality of life in places that have seen the most neglect, the inner city neighborhoods.
